Below is a general overview of CHA tuition rates and fees.
Placement Process & Tuition Breakdown
Engagement Fee.
The engagement fee secures your child’s place in our match process and allows us to begin curating options based on your family’s preferences and needs. In the unlikely case that a new teacher must be identified, an engagement fee is not required.
One-time fee per student. Non-refundable.
Placement Fee.
one-time, non-refundable fee, separate from tuition.
Once a match has been found and accepted, a one-time placement fee is due before your child’s first day. The placement fee covers the interview and vetting process, background checks, enrollment processing, teacher onboarding, curriculum alignment, and administrative setup for your family.
Flat monthly rate. Includes instruction, resources, assessments, and support.
Tuition.
CHA tuition is a flat, all-inclusive rate that covers personalized instruction from a highly qualified educator, access to learning platforms, curriculum materials, and teaching tools, on-going support and communication with the CHA team, three academic assessments per year to monitor progress and growth, and full administrative and family support services.
