At Courtside Homeschool Academy, we are pro-teacher. As former teachers, we understand the unrealistic expectations and demands of a traditional classroom environment. Too often, it leaves little room for teachers to care for their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. At CHA, teachers are not an afterthought, and our business approach and educational philosophy was created with students, families, AND teachers in mind.

School days consist of teaching in a 1:1 ratio. No distractions, no long hours, and no unnecessary paperwork - just teaching. Educators have the luxury of focusing on the needs and learning style of their student in a one-to-one environment.

Ready to join the team? Submit an application and CHA will take care of the rest. There is no placement fee for teacher to be matched with a student. CHA will identify the perfect family for each teacher based on personality, values, and teaching style.

Teacher Requirements

Teaching Certificate.
CHA teachers must have the necessary up to date certificate/license to teach students of the corresponding grade level in the student’s home state.

Teaching Experience.
Courtside Homeschool Academy requires a minimum of one full year of classroom teaching experience to be considered for an open position. Virtual experience is preferred.

Strong References.
Candidates interested in teaching for CHA must provide three credible and relevant references as part of the application process.

Reliable Transportation.
CHA teachers must have access to consistent and reliable transportation in order to meet with students and families in their home.
