Education that fits your lifestyle.
Our passion for excellence in education drove us to create an educational model unlike any other, specifically designed for the families of professional athletes who often need flexibility in scheduling, modes of instruction, and location.
The Courtside Outlook
It is well documented that parental involvement and a positive home life are key contributors to a child’s educational success and progress. Although homeschooling provides both of these supports, it can be burdensome for parents with a career to provide the homeschool education their children need and deserve. Thus, CHA was founded to assist families across the country interested in a private homeschool option, by matching and placing the ideal teacher with a student in a one-on-one learning environment.
Additionally, the outdated pedagogy of public education, or even private education, all too often stifles the creativity and unique skill sets of young, developing minds. Our tailored approach encourages students to learn and grow at their own pace and in their own unique way – the Courtside way!
Our Core Values
Integrity.
We do what’s right, not what’s easy.
Civility.
We create a culture where everyone feels heard, valued, and safe.
Educating our students academically is just the beginning.
We pledge to model respect, empathy, and social awareness—showcasing the importance of kindness and unity among all people.
Tenacity.
We show up and don’t give up.
We own our actions, follow through on our word, and model honesty in all we do. All individuals affiliated with CHA are expected to exhibit principles of honesty and ethical decency—not only in the educational setting, but as members of the greater community.
We encourage students and teachers to persevere through challenges that exist not only in the classroom, but in everyday life. Through courage, creativity, and consistency, we build the work ethic and resilience that drive long-term success.
Collaboration.
We learn and grow together.
We aim to embody the ancient proverb, “It takes a village,” through habitual communication and collaboration among students, teachers, and families. The success of our students is the direct result of strong relationships—built on trust and shared purpose—between every member of their support system.
