Select your child’s teacher below to access the correct absence reporting form. Submitting your absence through the right form ensures both your teacher and CHA admin receive the details promptly.

At Courtside Homeschool Academy, we value flexibility while maintaining consistency for every student. Regular attendance is essential for academic success and may also be required by your home state’s homeschool laws.

Teachers are required to submit a Frequent Absence Report if a student has three or more absences in a month, a full week of missed sessions, or no communication from the family for five consecutive school days.
